We are excited to recognize the outstanding work of our Madison County 4-H members and clubs at 4-H Achievement Program! While some of our awards “go without saying,” some require a special application, which you can download below.

All applications are due to the 4-H office Monday, March 9, 2020.

Madison County 4-H Award Applications

Included in the packet:

  • Individual 4-H’er award applications
  • 4-H Club award applications

N.C. 4-H Achievement Plans

The achievement plan helps you set goals for your 4-H participation. If you have completed the requirements for the Cloverbud (ages 5-7) or Green Clover (ages 8-18) levels in 2019, turn in the form to be recognized at Achievement Program. You can work on the next level in 2020. The Achievement Plan is a tool 4-H’ers can use to plan and document their 4-H involvement, and becomes extremely useful when working toward Honor Club (ages 16-20) – the highest honor a 4-H’er can receive.

If you have questions about the application process, please contact Misty Varnell at the 4-H Office: 828-649-2411 or misty_varnell@ncsu.edu.
