ALL applications (local and state) are due to the Madison County 4-H office Tuesday, January 20th, 2026.
Madison County 4-H Awards:- Junior 4-H’er of the Year (age 8-10)
- Intermediate 4-H’er of the Year (age 11-13)
- Senior 4-H’er of the Year (age 14-18)
- Volunteer Leader of the Year (adult volunteers)
- 4-H Clubs: Community Service Award
- 4-H Clubs: Best All-Around Club Award
State 4-H Award Programs:

- NC 4-H Honor Club: Membership in the North Carolina 4-H Honor Club is bestowed upon those 4-H’ers who have exhibited outstanding 4-H citizenship and leadership throughout their 4-H career. It is the highest honor a 4-H'er can receive. To apply, you must be at least 16 years old, and have at least three years of 4-H project work.
