This is for all growers to bring your scales to be certified by NCDA for the coming year in order to meet requirements for selling weighted produce and other goods. Please contact Elizabeth Ayers at 828-649-2411 or elizabeth_ayers@ncsu.edu for any questions.  The NCDA inspector will be here the morning of March 20th to certify the scales but you may drop off your scale beginning Monday March 17th and pick up after 2pm on March 20th.  Please make sure you tape a note to your scale with name, address, and contact phone number.Our office is open M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm and our address is 258 Carolina Lane Marshall, NC.
