Do you love wildlife? Are you interested in learning more about wildlife habitat management?
Any youth ages 8-18 are invited to attend the Madison County 4-H Wildlife Habitat Education Program (WHEP) Interest Meeting:- Monday, January 8 at 5:30 p.m. at the N.C. Cooperative Extension Madison County Center (258 Carolina Lane, Marshall, NC 28753).
- Interested in helping out? We need at least one volunteer willing to help chaperone 4-H WHEP meetings and field trips.

- Meetings: The 4-H WHEP group will meet twice per month on the second and fourth Mondays from 5:30-7:00, plus a few field trips, until the 4-H State WHEP Contest in May (date TBA).
- Cost: $20, includes all meetings, local day trips, and t-shirt. There may be additional travel expenses for the state contest or a special field trip. Scholarships are available!
