Job Description Lead the 4-H Youth Development Program in Madison County. Provide youth educational programs based on the pillars of 4-H: agriculture, STEM, healthy living, and leadership and civic engagement. Coordinate 4-H clubs, school enrichment, and special activities. Recruit and manage qualified volunteers and provide training for adult volunteers working with youth.
