Do you have greens that you don't know what to do with them? Or want to incorporate more greens in your meals but need new ideas?

Join us as we batch-make a large quantity of pesto using different greens such spinach, kale, collards, parsley, basil, chard and arugula. Bring a bunch of whichever greens you'd like to contribute, and leave with small batch quantities you'll freeze to use at a later time. Pesto is great on roasted veggies, eggs, pizza, pasta, bread, tortillas, soup, steamed veggies, beans, eggs, etc. Please bring an ice cube tray so you can take home ice-cube sized individual servings to add to different dishes.
