4-H Kicks & Salsa
Join us for the month of February to practice healthy habits that will fuel you for life! This program is for 4-H’ers ages 11-18.
We’ll kick off each day with a different exercise so you can sample a variety and discover fun ways to add movement or sports cross-training to your routine.
We’ll also share some of our favorite go-to recipes for when you need good food on the go. You’ll get an ingredient list so you can snack along with us!
