Interested in eating the Mediterranean way, but not sure where to start?
Med Instead of Meds is six week series focused on eating a healthy Mediterranean-style eating pattern. Classes focus on the 7 Simple Steps to eating the MedWay. Each session explores Med tips, life hacks, and features Med Way recipes. Food demonstrations and cooking instruction is included in each session.
When: Wednesday's April 15 - May 27 (no class May13)
Time: Please select either 1:00pm - 3:00pm OR 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Cost: $30 (includes all sessions, materials, recipes, and food)
* There is a class limit of 12 participants per time slot ( 1:00pm 3:00pm or 6:00pm - 8:00pm)
